The White Flowered Lilac is a great ornamental shrub with stunning flowers of intoxicating fragrance. Can be used as a hedge around your yard or can be used as a single shrub in you landscape. It's well known for its beauty and fragrance. It produces brilliant white flowers on long, upright stems in mid-spring. Has dark green, heart-shaped leaves. The White Flowered Lilac grows to about 10 feet in height with an 8 foot spread. Itís cold hardy to USDA Zone 2.shrub. It does very well in areas with significant frost in wintertime. Itís also quite tolerant of soil conditions and does well in urban environments.
Recommended Planting Instructions:
Scarification: Soak in water, let stand in water 24 hours. Stratification: Cold stratify for 30-90 days. Germination: Sow seed 1/4" deep, tamp soil, and mulch seed bed. Other: Can be sown in fall without stratification
